Claims Regulation
Client Review Ltd became regulated by the Ministry of Justice (often abbreviated to the MoJ) in 2009 upon the launch of our Claims Management Service.
Claims management is a regulated industry, defined by a regulatory framework set out in both primary and secondary legislation. The Compensation Act 2006 is the primary legislation that the industry needs to adhere to. The Compensation (Claims Management Services) Regulations 2006 provide more detail about the regulatory requirements. Other statutory instruments and the regulator's own rules also govern the industry.
